Vincent Tabak charged with the murder of Joanna Yeates

Detectives have been questioning the Dutch national for two days and had carried out an extensive search of his flat

Detectives hunting the killer of the Bristol landscape architect have charged Vincent Tabak, 32, with her murder.

Tabak, a 32-year architectural engineer lived in the flat next door to Joanna Yeates.

Bristol, Somerset and Avon police have been questioning the Dutch national for two days and had carried out an extensive search of his flat.

Yeates went missing on 17 December after leaving a pub in Bristol. Her body was found on a roadside verge on Christmas morning. She had been strangled
